We will obtain a city and/or county re-roofing permit for you. We can get a Notice of Commencement for you at a small additional charge if you're too busy to do it yourself. Then we'll completely remove all existing roofing down to the nails that fall on your property. We'll even rake your yard and sweep your walks, driveway and patio! And if it happens to rain while we're removing the old roofing, we've always got heavy plastic covers on our trucks so we can ensure your property is completely watertight. We use only the best fungus-resistant shingles by GAF, Owens Corning, Celotex, Certainteed and Tamko. Auer Roofing honors all shingle manufacturer warrantees, some of which are up to 40 years! We're also approved applicators of Firestone, Nord, Bitumi, Bitec, US Intec, and Tamko AWA-Plan modified one-ply systems. In some cases, we'll even return to paint a non-granulated one-ply system using a premium grade non-asbestos silver paint that will help reflect heat and ultraviolet sunrays.
